Founded in 2001, Windward Communications wanted to change the way that telecommunications decisions were made, moving away from a sales oriented environment and migrating to a more consultative approach.

We believe we answer to our clients, not to the carriers. Our goal is to match the "best of breed" solution to our client's requirements, while ensuring that the customer is versed in what their experience will be with that provider.

Once the contracts are signed, Windward continues to support its clients throughout the life of the relationship, providing ongoing account management and support.

What We Do

Today's IT manager is tasked to do more with less. Perform more tasks, do more work, support more systems, cut costs wherever possible, and do it all with a lower headcount. Most companies make a decision on their telecommunications infrastructure once every few years and don't have the time or resources/headcount to constantly manage that environment.
