Network based VOIP VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) is a term used for voice being transported via the Internet, intranet or data links to the Internet. The main advantage for users of VoIP connections is that they generally only have to pay their usual (local) Internet connection charges regardless of where they are calling anywhere in the world. An IP Telephone has its own IP number and contains memory; it can easily be moved around an organization, making moves and additions easy.

Auditing and outsourced invoice management services

Telecommunications invoices are not clear-cut in their layout. They are very difficult to read and attempting to ascertain their accuracy on an ongoing basis can be very time consuming. Unfortunately, not taking that time can be very costly.

Windward Communications offers it clients a contingency-based auditing service whereby a comparison is made between your invoices and the contracts you have signed. Discrepancies are brought to the attention of the carrier and credits are recovered.

Windward also has the ability to take on the complete management of your telecommunications invoices and/or infrastructure. Our Customer Management System (CMS) allows us to manage your inventory, including additions, changes, disconnects and compare them to your current invoices to ensure billing accuracy. CMS also provides to you a monthly report of all account activity.
